HPA Portal

HPA Portal is a web application for the team at Healthcare Profit Accelerator (HPA), a healthcare revenue operations agency operated by XELAH Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The purpose of HPA Portal

HPA Portal exists so our team can run client work in one place. It is used to plan and track projects and tasks, write and share client documents and briefs, manage creative production, and coordinate the team's schedule on a shared calendar. It is an internal business tool: it is not a consumer product and has no public sign-up.

How HPA Portal uses calendar data

Team members can optionally share their Google Calendar with the portal by pasting their calendar's secret iCal address (a read-only feed provided by Google Calendar). HPA Portal reads only the busy times from that feed to show availability on the shared team calendar; event names and details are never read, so teammates only ever see that a colleague is busy. The feed address is stored securely on the server, is used for scheduling only, is never sold or used for advertising, and a member can remove it at any time from their portal settings.

HPA Portal is for Healthcare Profit Accelerator team members and invited collaborators only. There is no public sign-up. Clients receive access to their own materials through private share links issued by our team.
